If you are dissatisfied with our service you can request a full refund (minus domain registration, setup fees and excess bandwidth or web space charges) if you cancel your account within 30 days of the activation of your account.

The 30 Refund Policy does not apply to any additional items or services including Domain Registration, Secure Certificates, Virtual Private Servers (VPS), Dedicated servers or Reseller accounts.

No refunds are available after 30 days.

All requests for cancellation requests must be made through eBiz Hosting's online ticketing system or by faxing a written request to 1- 866.685.2548. Once we confirm your instructions you will receive a confirmation upon the cancellation of your account.

Cancellations over the telephone and informal email are not accepted.

The 30-day money back guarantee does not apply to reseller accounts , dedicated servers, Domain names, Secure Certificates, Web Templates , Merchant Accounts, Web Promotion or Marketing services or any fees associated with these accounts.

Hosting accounts discontinued or terminated by eBiz Hosting as a result of
abuse or violation of our Policies or Terms of Service Agreement (such as Spam, illegal software,
warez etc.) will not be refunded and will not qualify for the 30-day money
back guarantee. For example, if your account is cancelled due to spamming, you will not be given any refund.
