How long has eBiz Hosting been in business?
eBiz Hosting was established in 2000. eBiz Hosting is a wholly owned subsiderary of Center Point Media Inc. a privately held Canadian corporation based in the Greater Toronto Area that has been involved in providing comprehensive internet solutions since 1996.
Do you provide Windows Based hosting?
No. eBiz Hosting currently only provides Linux based hosting. We do not provide Windows based hosting services.
Will I be able to access my domain name with or without the WWW?
Yes, all web hosting accounts allow you to access the domain name with or without the WWW in front. For example, you could access the domain name "mydomain.com" by going to "www.mydomain.com" as well as "mydomain.com". Our technical support staff will also provice you with assistance Redirecting Canonical Hostnames
Can I purchase domains names through eBiz Hosting?
Yes, you can buy domain names from us, please visit http://www.ebizhosting.com/domains/

Does eBiz Hosting provide hosting for International clients?
Yes, international clients are more than welcome. eBiz Hosting provides hosting to clients in over 45 different countries
Do you support MS FrontPage extensions?
We offer hosting with or without Front Page Extensions. There is no extra fee for Front Page extensions installation. Frontpage extentsions can easily be installed or removed through CPANEL
What if I need more space and bandwidth?
If you need additional space and bandwidth, you can simply upgrade your account to a higher plan or if your increase usage is do to a temporary spike you can pay for any additional bandwidth or diskspace seperately
Will I have unlimited access to update my pages?
You have unlimited access via FTP 24-hours a day. As such, you can create and maintain your web pages on your own computer and upload files to your web site at your leisure.
Does eBiz Hosting require annual commitments?
Unlike many other web hosting companies, we do not require a minimum contract. You can choose to pay monthly, every 3 months,or annually. Choose the payment terms that best suit your individual circumstances.
How easy is it to change my hosting account if my needs change?
Upgrading your account is simple. Simply fill out the upgrade form. Usually we have upgrades done within a few hours, however please allow up to 24 hours.
You will be billed at a prorated amount for the remainder of your month at time of upgrade.
How long does it take to set up a new account?
Once you submit your order, our system checks to verify the order for potential fraud and to verify the order's authenticity. New accounts are processed as quickly as possible, however it can take up to 12 hours from the time you complete the order form, to the time your welcome email arrives.
Does eBiz Hosting offer free trials?
We don’t offer free trials instead we offer a no questions asked money back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with our service, then we offer a 30 day money back guarantee, so there's no risk for you at all.
Does eBiz Hosting charge any hidden or setup fees?
NO HIDDEN FEES. With our web hosting and reseller packages, you will never pay any hidden or setup fees.
Do you do regular backups of my account?
Yes, we perform backups on all accounts, however, it is highly recommended that you don't count on our backups alone! Your website is important, and you are the one ultimately responsible for ensuring that your data is backed up!
I have my own SSL certificate -- can eBiz Hosting install it for me?
Sure! We allow you to use your own SSL certificate if you'd like.
Do you accept PayPal?
Yes, PayPal payments are accepted.
What credit cards do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
How can I pay for my eBiz Hosting account?
We accept credit card, PayPal, cheque, money order or Western Union wire transfer. Canadian clients also have the option of using Interac Email Money Transfer
We only accept cheque, money order, Interac Email Money Transfer or Western Union wire transfer for annual payment terms.
Where can I update my billing information?
